Dipping Since 3/2023

Why did I decide to get in:  I was moving through the most traumatic time of my life. My neighbor and  close friend suggested I join her to which I said "i don't need any more hard in my life" but she said "trust me".   It was truly life changing....that first cold hug brought me to literal tears.  I was immediately hooked.  

What keeps me coming back:  Since then,  my physical, mental and emotional health has strengthened steadily.  I have always had the most   incredible family, friends  and community around me but my mermaid family has added new and enlightened support and blessings in my life.  We all have "something" and dropping it off early in the cold water somehow makes   anything and everything hard, easier.
